From around 9:50AM (GMT+8) many users were not able to access VSocial. Users affected are unable to access or login.
10:56AM: Engineers are currently investigating. Preliminary information suggests an abnormal number of database connections is causing a domino effect, resulting in users not being able to load the VSocial login screen.
11.41AM:Update to outage: Engineers have determined the cause of the outage to be a faulty database cluster that required emergency attention to resolve. The database has since been upgraded. As a result, access to VSocial has been resolved and is functioning for users.
