Product Maintenance Schedule

15 October 2014 Update: We have adjusted our maintenance window slightly by shifting it by a half hour. It will now last between 2AM and 5AM on Sundays, (GMT+8).


Weekly Scheduled Maintenance

In order to keep VSocial in tip top working condition, we have a maintenance window scheduled on a weekly basis for every Sunday, between 2:00am to 5:00am, Singapore time (+800 GMT).

During this time, the application will not be available.

Some of the actions taken during this window include:

  1. Full Database Backups
  2. Database system updates
  3. Application server system updates
  4. VSocial product upgrades

Ad-Hoc Maintenance Windows

We may also schedule ad-hoc updates from time to time to push urgent fixes when it is not convenient to do so during the weekly maintenance window as defined above. We'll inform our customers when this is needed.
