Analyzing Conversation Tag and Status Statistics

Overview

VSocial Community Manager offers a way to create an ad-hoc report based on Tags.

You must have authorization to access this feature. If you do not, please contact your administrator or VSocial Account Manager.

First, find your way to the Reports section by clicking on the Reports tab at the top of the screen.

Once you're in the Reports menu, select "New Report"

You will be given a few options to configure your report.

First, you'll need to select the Social Media Account in the Account dropdown. Next, you need to provide some Tags that you want to report against. Tags are required, and you need to provide at least one.

Next, you can provide the duration range by using the From and To date pickers. Lastly, you need to check which Conversation Status you wish to pull.

Once you're done, click Generate Report. An example report for the options selected above is shown here:

This will show a count of all Conversations that came in during the period selected (1 August through 27 August), that are tagged with the selected tags (complaint, handset, and question) and the current statuses they are set to.
